📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gifts4Corporate, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns after that timeframe.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• It must be in the same condition you received it
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

We can’t accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
• Returns made after 15 days

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

⏳ Haven’t received your refund yet?

Please check:

• Your bank account
• With your credit card provider
• With your bank – refunds can take time to post

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us and send your item to the address below.

🚚 Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please ship it to the address above. Note:

• You’re responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• If eligible, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund
